What We Do

Our focus is on creating as many opportunities as possible to hear and share the gospel, in the hope and expectation that God will save people and transform lives. Equally important, the CU is there to equip students so that they can live and speak for Jesus.

There are lots of different aspects to CU which mean that everyone can get involved and serve in a variety of ways. We have evangelistic events happening regularly throughout each term that are perfect for bringing along friends who want to find out more about Christianity. There will be a Course running at some point this year called Christianity Explored, which takes a more in depth look at the claims of Jesus. It is really informal and relaxed so feel free to bring your questions. Check out the weekly Events on the homepage or contact one of the committee to get more info.

We also host events aimed primarily at international students, although everyone is welcome to attend these. The events aim to make international students feel welcome in what may otherwise be an intimidating environment.

Small group bible studies take place in halls and are a great way to find out more about the Bible in an intimate setting.
